PROPERTY DISPOSAL

Caffyns plc (the "Company") announces that it exchanged contracts with Jarretts Motors Limited for the sale of the Company's freehold premises at High Street, Uckfield, East Sussex for £950,000 on 31^st March 2015. The consideration is payable in cash on completion on or before 2^nd April 2015.

The proceeds will be reinvested in the Company's business and used to reduce the Company's borrowings.
