Caffyns plc ("the Company") announces that on 16th August 2016 it transferred to a participant in the Company's employee SAYE scheme 550 ordinary shares for the exercise of options under the SAYE 2013 scheme at a price of 312 pence per share. The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares. The Company has received the proceeds of £1,716.00 in cash.
Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 113,181 of its ordinary shares in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) is 2,766,117.
