Annual Report and AGM
Dublin / London, 27 March 2020: Cairn Homes plc ("Cairn", "the Company" or "the Group"), the leading Irish homebuilding company, announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2019 is now available on the Company's website, www.cairnhomes.com and will be posted to shareholders, as appropriate, as soon as practically possible in the current circumstances. The Annual Report will also be submitted to the UK National Storage Mechanism and Euronext Dublin, and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm and at the following address:

As previously indicated, the Company's AGM is currently scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 20 May 2020 at 11:00 am BST. In light of public health interests and evolving guidance from the Irish Government relating to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Board's current intention is to hold the AGM at the Company's registered office at 7 Grand Canal, Lower Grand Canal Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.
