                             Director Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday that Stephen Brown sold 50,000 ordinary
shares in the Company on 4 June 2007 at 16p per share. Mr Brown is now
beneficially interested in 106,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which
represents 0.13% of the issued share capital and he holds an equal amount of
voting rights.
