Director Shareholding
The Board of Clinical Computing Plc (the 'Company') was informed on 2 August
2006 that Howard Kitchner, Chairman of the Company, had bought 120,000 Ordinary
Shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 7 pence.
The transaction took place on 2 August 2006, following which Mr. Kitchner had a
total shareholding of 3,168,004 Ordinary Shares representing 9.57 per cent. of
the Company's issued share capital.
