CLINICAL COMPUTING PLC: CONTRACT GAINS FOR
CLINICAL VISION PRODUCT AND DATE FOR NEXT FINAL RESULTS
Clinical Computing Plc ('CCL'), which produces leading clinical software
systems, announces that it will report its final results for the year ended 31
December 2001, on Monday, 25th March 2002. At that time, it will expect to
report turnover for that year in the order of £2.1m.
CCL also announces the following contract gains in the United States, amounting
to $US728,000 (£515,000), from its new Clinical Vision product for the renal
dialysis and transplant markets. These contracts will be recognized in CCL's
current financial year ending 31 December 2002.
The contract gains are from:
Flushing Hospital, Flushing, New York
A single site installation with plans to expand into a second site.
Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, West Virginia
A newly renovated single site dialysis unit.
Middletown Regional Hospital, Middletown, Ohio
A newly constructed dialysis unit.
The Health Alliance, Cincinnati, Ohio
The combination of The Christ Hospital, The University Hospital, The St. Luke
Hospitals, Jewish Kenwood Hospital and Fort Hamilton Hughes Hospital, all
located in the greater Cincinnati area.
The hospitals will serve as strategic site for Clinical Computing's United
States sales operation, also located in Cincinnati. In addition, The University
Hospital has purchased the Clinical Vision transplant solution and will soon
integrate both the renal and transplant solutions on one common platform.
Dialysis Centres of Lincoln, Lincoln, Nebraska
Operates 4 dialysis centres in Nebraska and is a current customer utilising
Clinical Computing's RENLStar software.
The above contracts will also deliver $125,000 of new annual maintenance fees to
CCL in addition to the fees noted above.
Commenting, Jack Richardson, Chief Executive Officer, Clinical Computing Plc,

efforts of the past two years to develop Clinical Vision for multiple clinical
markets while extending our company presence in both the renal dialysis and
transplant markets. We are now positioned to demonstrate Clinical Vision's
capabilities in clinical areas that we previously did not market. The US
transplant market alone is estimated at $28 million.'
