 Annual report 2010 and notice of 2010 annual general meeting

On 19 May 2010, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announced its final results for the year ended 31 March 2010 under RNS number 1580M. This announcement contained the regulated information in relation to annual financial reports required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

Caledonia now announces that it has posted to shareholders its full annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010 ("Annual Report 2010"), together with a circular containing the notice of its annual general meeting to be held on 21 July 2010 ("2010 AGM Circular"). Copies of each of these documents are also available on the Company's website at www.caledonia.com.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, two copies of the Annual Report 2010 and the 2010 AGM Circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
