 Annual report 2011 and notice of 2011 annual general meeting

On 25 May 2011, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announced its final results for the year ended 31 March 2011 under RNS number 2270H. This announcement contained the regulated information in relation to annual financial reports required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

Caledonia now announces that it has posted to shareholders its full annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011 ("Annual Report 2011"), together with a circular containing the notice of its annual general meeting to be held on 21 July 2011 ("2011 AGM Circular"). Copies of the Annual Report 2011 and the 2011 AGM Circular have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
