Annual report 2019 and notice of 2019 annual general meeting

On 29 May 2019, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") released its final results for the year ended 31 March 2019 under RNS number 3893A. This announcement contained the regulated information in relation to annual financial reports required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

Caledonia now announces that it has posted to shareholders its full annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019 ("Annual Report 2019"), together with a circular containing the notice of its annual general meeting to be held on 24 July 2019 ("2019 AGM Circular").   

Copies of the Annual Report 2019 and the 2019 AGM Circular have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
