Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") or persons closely associated with them ("PCA")

Pursuant to the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announces that on 4 August 2020 the following nil-cost options over ordinary 5p shares in Caledonia were granted to executive directors under the Caledonia Investments 2020 Performance Share Scheme (the "Performance Share Scheme"). The Company's share price used to determine the number of Performance Share Scheme awards was 2640p.
