      Focus Asset Management Limited and Hermes SLP
      Limited are both subsidiaries of Hermes
      Pensions Management Limited, which is
      ultimately owned by Britel Fund Trustees
      Limited.



      The persons referred to in 2 and 14 above
      therefore no longer have notifiable interests
      in Caledonia Investments plc.
