Unaudited net asset value per share at 31 January 2007


Caledonia Investments plc ('Caledonia') announces that its unaudited net asset
values per ordinary share as at 31 January 2007 were 2172p (undiluted) and 2149p
(diluted).


The interim dividend in relation to the year ending 31 March 2007 of 9.5p per
share was paid on 09 January 2007 to shareholders registered on 08 December
2006.


The monthly reported net asset values per ordinary share, together with
performance statistics and information on the valuation of principal
investments, are now available on Caledonia's website at www.caledonia.com.
