Unaudited net asset value per share at 31 May 2008

Caledonia Investments plc ('Caledonia') announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value ('NAV') per ordinary share as at 31 May 2008, calculated on a cum-income basis, was 2246p, before deduction of the final dividend of 22.6p per share proposed by the directors in relation to the year ended 31 March 2008.
