Unaudited net asset value per share at 31 January 2008
Caledonia Investments plc ('Caledonia') announces that its unaudited net asset
values per ordinary share as at 31 January 2008, calculated as in previous
months on a cum-income basis, were 2255p (undiluted) and 2228p (diluted).
The interim dividend in relation to the year ending 31 March 2008 of 9.9p per
share was paid on 8 January 2008 to shareholders registered on 7 December 2007.
The monthly reported net asset values per ordinary share, together with
performance statistics and information on the valuation of principal
investments, are available on Caledonia's website at www.caledonia.com.
