Unaudited net asset value per share at 30 June 2008

Caledonia Investments plc ('Caledonia') announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value ('NAV') per ordinary share as at 30 June 2008, calculated on a cum-income basis, was 2109p, after deduction of the proposed final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2008 of 22.6p per share, which has been recommended by the directors for approval at the company's annual general meeting to be held on 29 July 2008. The ordinary shares went ex-dividend on 25 June 2008.
