Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value ("NAV") per share as at 31 December 2015, calculated on a cum-income basis, was 2837p.

The interim dividend in relation to the year ending 31 March 2016 of 14.3p per share was paid on 7 January 2016.
