Unaudited net asset value per share at 30 November 2005


Caledonia Investments plc ('Caledonia') announces that its unaudited net asset
value per ordinary share as at 30 November 2005 was 1831p before deduction of an
interim dividend.

The interim dividend in relation to the year ending 31 March 2006 of 9.1p per
share will be paid on 10 January 2006 to shareholders registered on 9 December
2005.

The monthly reported net asset value per ordinary share, together with
performance statistics and information on the valuation of principal
investments, is available on Caledonia's website at www.caledonia.com.
