Caledonia Investments plc ('Caledonia') announces that on 13 November 2007 it
purchased 7,822 of its own shares of 5p each at a price of 2023.1961p per share.
These shares are to be held in treasury.



Following the purchase, Caledonia holds 272,327 of its ordinary shares in
treasury and has a total of 58,522,454 ordinary shares with voting rights
(excluding treasury shares) in issue.
