Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 18 January 2013 it purchased 23,427 of its own ordinary shares of 5p each at an average price of 1687.87 pence per share.  The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 56,616,396 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.
