Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 25 May 2018 it purchased 7,283 of its own ordinary shares of 5p each at an average price of 2696.46 pence per share.  The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 55,373,734 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.
