Unaudited net asset value per share at 31 January 2010

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value ("NAV") per share as at 31 January 2010, calculated on a cum-income basis, was 1920p.

The interim dividend in relation to the year ending 31 March 2010 of 10.6p per share was paid on 7 January 2010 to shareholders registered on 4 December 2009.
