ACQUISITIONS AND PLACING COMPLETION
Further to the announcement made by Calyx on Friday 9 June 2006, confirming the
approval of all the resolutions proposed for consideration at both their AGM and
EGM, Calyx is pleased to announce that the acquisitions of Network Partners
(Holdings) Limited and Matrix Integration Limited were completed today,
following the admission of the Consideration Shares and Placing Shares (in each
case as defined in the Admission Document dated 17 May 2006) to trading on AIM
and the IEX market of the Irish Stock Exchange at 8.00am today, 12 June 2006 and
is subject only to the payment of the purchase consideration by Calyx.
The Company is pleased to announce that Ian Smith aged 42, the co-founder of
Matrix Communications Group plc will join the Enlarged Group Board as a Non -
Executive Director. Ian formerly ran the UK and Ireland operations of Foundry
Networks and he has also held directorships with Olympic Worldlink,
Dataworkforce Limited, Ezer Entertainment Limited, Equip Technology Limited and
AST Connections Limited.
The Company has also been informed today that the following directors of the
Company have sold a total of 2,141,010 ordinary shares of Euro 0.10 each in the
Company, at the placing price of 70 pence ('Ordinary Shares') as noted in the
admission document published on Wednesday 17 May.
