Directors' Dealing 

LonZim Plc (AIM: LZM), wishes to advise that David Lenigas, Executive Chairman, informed the Company today that on 28 May 2009 he purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 31 pence per share. Following these dealings, Mr Lenigas has an interest in 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.69 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

Geoffrey White, Director and Chief Executive Officer, also informed the Company toady that on 28 May 2009 he purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 31 pence per share. Following these dealings, Mr White has an interest in 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.41 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
