Cambria announces that it has appointed Paul Heber, as a consultant to the Company and that Paul will be stepping down from his current position as a non-executive director.

Ian Perkins commented: "Paul Heber has been with Cambria since flotation in 2007.  His knowledge of Africa, and in particular his love of Zimbabwe, has been of enormous help to the Company.  His consultancy agreement going forward will enable us to benefit from his wisdom in the future."

Paul Heber, who remains a committed shareholder in the Company, adds: "Being a Director of Cambria has been a hugely pleasurable and absorbing experience.  I step down from the Board confident that the Company is in good hands and in a great position to take advantage of the many opportunities that Zimbabwe and surrounding areas offer."
