The Company was informed by Morgan Stanley on 19 September 2008 that, as at 12 September 2008, it was interested in 6,850,048 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 18.79% of the issued share capital of the Company, and that, as at 15 September 2008, it was interested in 9,718,048 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 26.66% of the issued share capital of the Company.
