Second Close of Placing
Further to the announcement of 3 March 2014, Cambria (AIM:CMB) is pleased to announce that following receipt of cleared funds relating to the subscription by institutional and other investors, 4,406,139 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company ('Shares') (the 'Second Close Placing Shares') have today been issued. Issue of the Second Close Placing Shares has raised gross proceeds of £0.33 million. Application has been made for the Second Close Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 13 March 2014.
Following issue of the Second Close Placing Shares, the Company will have a total of 99,155,162 ordinary shares in issue.
The Company holds zero Shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of Shares with voting rights is 99,155,162, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
