Update on Publication of Results

On 15 May 2015, the Company announced it expected to publish its 2014 Full Year Results for the twelve months ended 31 August 2014 together with its 2015 Interim Results for the six months ended 28 February 2015 (together, the "Results") by mid-August 2015.

The Company is not in a position to publish its Results at present. A further announcement regarding the expected date upon which the Results will be published, with a view to restoring the Company's shares to trading, will be made in due course.
