                     TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF TRADING ON AIM



At the request of the Company trading on AIM for the under-mentioned securities
has been temporarily suspended with immediate effect, following press
speculation.

A further announcement will be made upon conclusion of the discussions with a
third party which may or may not lead to an acquisition and fund raising.
