Quintessentially English plc (the 'Company') is an investing company which was
admitted to AIM prior to 1 April 2005 and raised less than £3 million on
admission.
The directors of the Company are currently reviewing a number of potential
acquisition targets and will keep shareholders informed as and when further
developments occur. In the meantime as the Company has not yet made an
acquisition which constitutes a reverse takeover under rule 14 of the AIM Rules
trading in the Company's share was today suspended.
In the event that the Company does not complete an acquisition which constitutes
a reverse transaction by 3 October 2006, the Company's shares will be cancelled
from trading on AIM at that date.
