Posting of Circular and Interim Report to Shareholders
Further to the announcement by the Boards of Camellia and Linton Park Plc on 28
September 2005, a circular convening the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Camellia for 31 October 2005 at which the Directors will seek (i) shareholder
authority to allot up to 248,011 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in
Camellia in connection with the proposal that Linton Park becomes a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Camellia and (ii) shareholder approval for proposed amendments to
the articles of association, has been posted to shareholders.
Camellia's interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2005 has also been
posted to shareholders.
Copies of the circular and the interim report have been submitted to the
Financial Services Authority and will be shortly available for inspection at the
Financial Services Authority's Document Viewing Facility, (documents will
usually be available within six normal business hours of this notice being
