On 8th May 2008 Camellia Plc ('the Company') was notified by Mr C P T
Vaughan-Johnson, a director of the Company, that on 2nd May 2008 his wife, 
Mrs A E Vaughan-Johnson, purchased 97 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the 
Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 9000 pence per share. This
notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
