Resignation of a Non-Executive Director

Camellia Plc ("the Company") announces that David Reeves has decided to retire from the Board of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on 6 June 2013. Mr Reeves has been a non-executive director of the Company since 2001.
