Interim Ordinary Dividend
The board of Camellia Plc. has today declared an interim ordinary dividend of
19p per share for the year ending 31st December 1999. Warrants will be posted
on 9th November 1999 to shareholders registered on 22nd October 1999.
Board of Directors
On 4th October 1999 the High Court sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement which
was approved by the shareholders of Camellia Plc. and Lawrie Group Plc. on
15th July 1999, and the Scheme became effective on 11th October 1999.
Accordingly, Mr. Gordon Fox, Mr. David Bacon and Mr. Donald Geen resigned as
directors on 12th October 1999; and the undernoted were appointed to the board
of directors on 12th October 1999.
