CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Canary Wharf Finance II plc (the "Company") announces the change of auditor to the Company.  

Deloitte LLP ("Deloitte") has resigned as auditor to the Company with effect from 30 May 2024.  The resignation arises from the rotation as auditor following completion of a tender process, in which Deloitte did not participate due to the length of its tenure.  The statement of reasons relating to the resignation as auditor provided by Deloitte to the Company accompanies this announcement and will be made available at https://group.canarywharf.com/about-us/investors/canary-wharf-finance-ii-plc/ and on the National Storage Mechanism https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism.  The Company would like to thank Deloitte for its services over many years. 

Grant Thornton UK LLP is being appointed by the Board of the Directors as auditor to the Company commencing with the audit of the Company's Half Year Financial Report for the period ending 30 June 2024.
