("CAP-XX" or the "Company")
Change of Auditor
CAP-XX Limited, a world leader in the design and manufacture of thin, flat supercapacitors and energy management systems, announces that i n accordance with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission ("ASIC") Regulatory Guide 26, BDO Audit Pty Ltd ("BDO Audit") has been appointed as the Company's auditor. The appointment follows the resignation of BDO East Coast Partnership ("BDO ECP"), and ASIC's consent to the resignation in accordance with s329(5) of the Australian Corporations Act 2001 ("the Act").
The change of auditor arose because of BDO ECP restructuring its audit practice whereby audits will be conducted by BDO Audit, rather than BDO ECP.
In accordance with section 327C of the Act, a resolution will be proposed at CAP-XX's 2020 Annual General Meeting to confirm the appointment of BDO Audit as the Company's auditor.
