The Company have been advised that on 6th June 2007 the Kongats Superannuation
Fund, of which Anthony Kongats', a director of the Company, is a beneficiary,
purchased 617,500 shares at 110p each.
The Company were also advised that on 6th June 2007 Anthony Kongats, sold
300,000 shares at 110p each, and, the Company were also advised that on 6th June
2007 Ducon Management Pty Ltd, a company of which Mr Kongats is a director, sold
317,500 shares at 110p.
Following the above transactions, Mr Kongats' beneficial interest in the share
capital of the Company is/remains unchanged at 3,281,028 Ordinary shares
representing 6.75% of the Company's total issued share capital.
