Change of Board Director

Christer Harkonen a non-executive director of CAP-XX Limited ('the Company') has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company 

Anthony Kongats, CAP-XX CEO said 'Christer has made a very valuable contribution to the Company during his period as a Director. His counsel and experience in the mobile telephony market was particularly important in guiding the Company in its approaches to the global mobile handset market during and immediately after the IPO.  The recently announced manufacturing agreement with Murata has now greatly strengthened the resources available to the Company in the mobile telephony market'.
