Grant of Options
CAP-XX Limited has agreed to grant to its employees, upon satisfaction of
Australian regulatory requirements, a total of 1,760,000 options to acquire a
corresponding number of ordinary shares each of no par value in the Company.
The options were granted on the 19th September 2006 under the terms and
conditions of the Company's Employee Share Option Plan. The exercise price of
the options is Aus$2.38 per share. 25% of the options granted to each employee
will vest on 19 September 2007 with the balance vesting over the following 36
months at the rate per month of 1/48 of the total options granted to each
employee. The options expire in accordance with the Plan at the latest on 19
September 2016.
Included in the grant is Anthony Kongats, the Company's Managing Director, who
is being granted 150,000 options.
