CAP-XX Limited, a world leader in the design and manufacture of supercapacitors and energy management systems, announces that its 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 6.00 pm AEDT (which is equivalent to 8.00 am UK time) on 27 October 2021.
As a result of the COVID-19 restrictions that are currently in place in Australia, and being mindful of the health and safety of our shareholders, employees and stakeholders, attendance at the AGM in person will not be possible and the AGM will be held as a telephone conference call, details of which can be found within the notice of AGM. Given that attendance and voting in person at the AGM will not be possible, the Board recommends that shareholders provide voting instructions in advance, either electronically or by using the form of proxy or form of instruction that is enclosed with the notice of AGM. Australian domiciled shareholders will be permitted to cast their votes up to the scheduled timing of the AGM if prior arrangements are made with the Company.
The notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available on the Company's website www.cap-xx.com .
