Result of General Meeting
CAP-XX Limited (AIM: CPX), a global leader in prismatic, high-power supercapacitors, announces that the Resolution put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today was duly passed.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 129,243,754 new Ordinary Shares ("New Ordinary Shares"), issued in relation to the Placing, the Subscription and the Retail Offer, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective, and dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence, at 8:00 a.m. BST on 6 June 2023. Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company will be 716,014,958.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given to such terms in the announcement issued by the Company on 3 May 2023 unless otherwise defined herein.
