CAP-XX Limited
Trading Update & Notice of Results
CAP-XX is pleased to announce that results for the half year ended 31 December 2010 are expected to be published on 14 February, 2011.
The total revenue for the half year ended 31 December 2010 was A$1.6million. The total operating result has been improved as a result of the finalisation of the sale of Plant & Machinery to Nationgate, a Malaysian contract manufacturing partner, reported at the year end. The gain from this sale will be realised over the next three years. At 31 December, 2010 the Group had a net cash balance of A$3.0million.
The order book continues to grow and Murata have advised that they issued their first substantive invoices in the beginning of January. Supply from Nationgate continues to exceed expectations, while the ongoing ownership issue at PTA has continued to impact supply. The outcome for the second half year is expected to reflect an improvement in product sales revenue over the first half, as production capacity in Malaysia increases.
