Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority of the FSA, and the London
Stock Exchange for the listing of 2,520,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p each to the
Official List.

These shares are allotted following the conversion of 600,000 convertible
redeemable preference shares into 2,520,000 Ordinary shares.
