Capita Group PLC ('the Company')

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing
Authority for the listing of 760,231 Ordinary shares of 2p each, ranking pari
passu with the existing Ordinary shares, to the Official List.

These shares have been allotted and are being issued as part settlement of the
deferred consideration agreed within the acquisition of McLaren Dick & Co.
