Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,545,736 ordinary shares of 2 1/15p each of Capita Group plc to be admitted to the Official List. 

The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary share capital of the company.
