On 28 February 2006, Mr Paul Pindar, the Chief Executive of The Capita Group
Plc, sold 600,000 Ordinary Shares in the company at an average price of 476p per
share.


Following the transaction, Mr Pindar holds 1,850,000 Ordinary Shares in the
company representing 0.28% of the issued share capital of the company.
