Directors Dealing

The Company was informed on 26 February 2001 that Robert Alcock (a non-executive
director of the Company) has purchased 2,000 ordinary shares and his wife,
Rosemary Alice purchased 1,280 ordinary shares all at £4.88 per share.  The
purchases took place on 22 February 2001.  Following this purchase the interest
of Mr Alcock and his family in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company
is 28,810 ordinary shares.
