                               Directors Dealings


The Company received notification on 14 December that Mr Rod Aldridge, Executive
Chairman of the Company sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares on 14 December at an
average price of 358.5p per share.

The resultant notifiable interest of Mr Aldridge is 17,794,000 ordinary shares,
or 2.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
