Pre Close Trading Statement
The Capita Group Plc ('Capita'), the UK's leading business process outsourcing
and professional support services organisation, announces in its pre-close
period update that results for the year to 31 December 2004 are expected to be
in line with market expectations. Current trading continues to be encouraging
and cash generation is strong. The prospects for future growth are excellent and
the Group's eight markets remain buoyant.
Capita's results for the year to 31 December 2004 will be announced on 24
February 2005.
