Statement re Blocklisting

The Capita Group Plc


Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a listing of 19,312 ordinary shares of 2p each to be admitted to
the Official List to satisfy the consideration of an acquisition.

The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary share capital of the company.
