SHARE REPURCHASE

Capita Group plc announces that it purchased 95,665 ordinary shares in the
Company on 28 April 2008 at a price of 663.818p per share.

The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.

Following the above purchase the Company holds 3,231,293 shares in Treasury and
has 610,040,249 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares
